Thank U! So invigorating to read. I am further stimulated after profound reflection watching Grace with Angela Davis. Being exposed to 3 worldviews and seeing their interconnectedness for a far-reaching distance exchange at the grassroots level is daunting, but I suppose it must be tried and so I will. I have faith in all to be involved that the similarities will unite and ignite despite the many differences. This discussion of Solutionaries gives us the impetus to propose something new and bold.

Looking from the outside at what is happening in your city Detroit, I see the long hand of greed that began with the previous President, George Bush. You may not realise it, but even after the election of your current President there are people who still declared their loyalty to Bush. They are adamant that Detroit and its motor industry needed to die, go bankrupt at all costs. This was shocking to hear. It is shocking to know that people who consider themselves entrepreneurs have such a dark political agenda and are so hostile to the diversity that makes the United States strong. They are feeling religiously right about their views and almost ordained to destroy, this could become a dark period in American history. The understanding that we are all connected is the hope for Americans and for their integrity. Happy Passover and Happy Easter

This is a really good opportunity for all of us everywhere. turning away from the Empire The writer Roy mentions that makes our wealth possible is an important consideration and requires some collective contingency thoughts so we can turn away before this Empire comes crashing down all aournd us. That means considering ways to car pool that employ those most desperate for employment before their economic base withers away and our help is more difficult for us to render.
More than ever turning away from wanting things to valuing people is where our reality begins. As the recognition of a person corporation has stripped bear our illusions of the value of our own personhood. We need to reclaim this in a way no corporation can. We know that there are human traits we have that are invaluable and no corporation can ever replace. If we live with the life force of our love and ability to empathesize, we can only be empowered. This is being proven everywhere by people across a globe: who are responding to essential needs in their homes, families and communities. Beginning this holiday season sounds right. Thanks, I'm ready to do just that.

I was at this event today and ended up participating deep into the evening to the march to Canal street after more Q&A at the Judson Church. I encourage all to investigate for themselves what this movement is about. Read the OWS Declaration. It's on their website. Do not depend on getting the truth from the establishments' news companies. It was a privileged for me to hear and see the Council of Elders stand today in solidarity with the occupy wall street protesters. I'm happy I was their and will continue to support them. After all, I am the 99%!
